A.C. Mazzoli Srl is one of the largest and longest established buying offices in Italy. It was founded in 1958 by Aurelio Carlo Mazzoli, former director of the Italian office of Gimbel, Saks FA and Neiman Marcus.

The firm is a limited liability company. It is composed of four partners, Guido and Carlo Mazzoli, sons of the founder and Mario and Ferdinando Nocentini, who have been working in the company since its beginning.
The president is Guido Mazzoli.
